2005 Jeep Liberty Sport. Headlights. Passenger Side is dim

2005 Jeep Liberty Sport. Headlights. Passenger side is dim, Driver side is bright. First replaced the bulbs (both sides). No change. Switch bulbs from driver to passenger, and vice versa. Still the same issue. Driver side is bright, Passenger side is dim.

I did remove the lamps from their housing. The issue remains. It does not appear to be an issue with the headlight housing.

I'm guessing "earthing problem" is another way of saying this is a grounding problem.

TEST
remove both bulbs from the lamps but leave them on their wires switch on and see if the bulbs are still different brightness if not they the passenger side lamp housing has damaged mirror is dirty or missalined and needs adjustment. if they are different brightness then this may be a earthing problem.

Standing in front of your jeep and facing the engine. The number 1 cylinder is the one closest to you on your right (the drivers side of your jeep). The middle cylinder on the drivers side is the number 3 cylinder.

I have an 2002 Liberty had the same/similiar problems, have the dealer check the wire harness that runs underneath the driver's seat, my wires had gotten wet from somehow and it caused the wires to corrode, they had to replace sections of the wire harness to fix the problem.
