This is not a job for a novice. Delaerships no nothing about the Corrado, at least I have yet to meet one. VWvortex.com is the hub of the corrado community and will be ur best place to start.

I believe your best bet might be to look for a compatable truck in a salvage yard and replace the harnesses. You can try www.car-part.com, it's a nation wide salvage locator. You can search for like a 1990 F250 7.3 Diesel engine by zip code to find one available close to you.
relay 13 is abs pump relay, relay 14 is abs relay
If you look at fuse box, there is a row of fuses, other end row of relays
You need to check second row relays, far left and next right
essentially, a lot of the wiring will be the same, but youre going to want the wiring harness from both the 2.0 and the vr6. depending on what/if you are swapping everything that goes with the vr6 as well. if you go on vwvortex.com and do a search, there a a few very detailed diy guides to the swap.
Maybe a stupid suggestion, but check the oil amount in the gearbox. It must be done with the motor running. I did´nt know that and checked it motor off when the level on the dipstick was fine. When I checked it motor running it was too low. I filled it up and the gearbox works fine...
