I have to ask - since you didn't include any other info - do any lights work? If not - you may have a dead battery. You can attempt to jump the car or put a charger on the battery. Once started, you should drive the car w/ minimal accessories on (if jumped to start) to allow the battery to charge. You should have the batter checked for possible replacement or service very soon. A dead battery will not start a car

Replace the starter.

First check battery to motor ground, battery to body ground and motor to body ground strap for corrosion under bolts. Bad ground can cause all sorts of electrical problems. If these are ok, the most likely culprit is the blower motor itself or the switch.

I have done this successfully in the past and believe it will fix your problem for a small cost. You will need a soldering gun or iron, an ohmmeter, and some knowledge of electronics. If you are not comfortable with the instructions, perhaps you have a friend that can help you.

I just replaced my battery in my 99 regal. when i went out to start it went all crazy, ejecting cd out of player, all the gauges going on and off, tach, speed and fuel needles jumping all around. i pulled battery out and had it tested, it was bad, new battery fixed.

Check for a lose or disconnected ground,near the things you were working with.

Can I please have a bit more detailed description of exactly HOW it won't start does it not turn the engine over?
Does the egine turn over and just won't start?
Does the starter "click" or do nothing ?
