My AC compressor went out on my 2004 Chevy Blazer. Since winter is here, I just want to bypass the ac. I bought a belt for the same yr/make without ac. Where can I find a serpentine belt routing diagram to see exactly how to route the new belt without the use of the ac.

Its the same. but a different pulley takes place of the a/c compressor. I know DORMAN makes a few "bypass pulleys" to do this, but dont know if they make one for your truck. at the worst... you will need to get a pulley and bracket from the dealer for a truck without a/c . as long as your a/c pulley bearing is ok, you can let the belt run there.

I don't think you can bypass it unless you buy a bracket to replace the compressor they cost around $60 your best bet it buy a new or used compressor you can find a used one on ebay.com for under $100

1991 chevy k1500 350 motor ,to bypass ac pump

The correct way to do this is to replace the AC Compressor with a bypass pulley. That way the belt and the routing is the same.

Can I use a short serpentine belt. AC compressor isn't working.

I have a 2000 E430. I just did this job because my ac compressor froze. I went to O'reilly and bought a serpentine belt 6pk2310.(different brand has it as k0910). The numbers after the part number is the length in mm or inches. Eg. 0910 = 91 inches == 2810mm. Just follow the diagram and bypass the ac compressor. Tools: 15mm wrench for the pulley tensioner. It took me 5 minutes to do this job and be on the road again. It is very easy.
On the Right is the normal diagram.

On the left is how you bypass the AC compressor on a E320/E430 2000-2002 engine.

Chevy 2004 blazer ac stoped working abruptly and stops the engine if you turn on the ac could you just replace the clutch if that is what is defective? instead of the whole compressor and all the other...

I mworking on my blazer AC unit now . You have a problem with the compressor clutch or the compresser Its likely the clutch its supposed to cycle about 8 times per minute . So it goes on then off 8 times per munite this is normal . However if the clutch dosen't spin then the belt will drag on the clutch pulley this will stall the engine until the belt wares out but this will damage every part that the belt rides on . The water pump the alternator powersteering pump and belt tenisinor not to mention the belt .It sounds like your clutch is seized try not to run it until you can figure out why the clutch isn't spining

2004 chevy blazer ac stoped working and if the ac is turned on it stoped the engine abruptly, the pressure on the low pressure port without the engine on reads high at 150psi which is the red danger zone...

I would suspect you have a bad A/C compressor. When you engage the A/C, the clutch locks up the pulley which kills your motor from the drag on the belt. Replace the compressor, evaporator and valve, then recharge system to 55 psi.
