A whole year my2010 dodge grand caravan has been sitting since I drove it to the gas station and i did not put gas in it...but I tried to start it and...I've been trying to start it ever since.....so I towed it home and the fun began....p0301....every time I check the code after every fix....coil...plugs....wires....ECM.....TPS..... ETC........still won't run...I did get it to start...only to keep pumping the throttle...it seems like compression or maybe egr..fuel/air mixer....I put my hand on exhaust while friend started it and pumped throttle to keep it sum what on...and the exhausted sucked the my palm of my hand up after it blew A little exhaust out every time it was idling rough it kept sucking in and out my palm of my hand at the end of the exhaust....could be....???? Fuel filter...or catalytic converter????HELP...HELP

Check your fuel pressure, and or injectors. You may have too much fuel getting into the engine causing it to burn rich and overheat the converters.

when you shut the truck off is/was there a swishing/bubbling noise coming from the tank?

Theres an orange rubber in the fuel tank that connects the fuel pump to the sender lines. if that rubber is torn you may get it to run but not stay running for more than a short period of time.

SOURCE: what would cause the car to run fine at idle but

it sounds like the mass air flow metering sensor thats in the air intake pipe ,but any more than that iam at a loss as none of these cars here in spain so i cannot tell you exactly where to look

Try plug wires, that's about all you haven't replaced. Actually if you have an ohm meter you can test them - anything over 6k ohms per foot - REPLACE them. Also run a good fuel system cleaner through it and stay away from cheap gas.
