The air con causes the coolant lines and other parts to frost over during use, when you stop the frost and condensed water are thaw and become water again. No Problem.

If the car's more than a few years old, it probably just needs something as simple as an AC recharge. This runs around $70 at most reputable shops, or there are kits to do it yourself for less money. It's fairly dangerous stuff to deal with, and usually best left to the professionals.
