To remove the belt, put a 1/2" drive breaker bar into the receiver on the tensioner and push the bar so it moves the tensioner counter clockwise. Remove the belt and put the new one back on following the diagram on the sticker on the car. If no sticker, before removal, draw yourself one. When putting the belt back on, get everything positioned correctly and again push the bar in the same direction as you did to remove and put the belt back on the tensioner pulley. Check that all pulleys are engaged with the belt properly, start the car and watch the belt for a few minutes checking that no pulleys are wobbling etc. and that belt is running true.

Clockwise from crankshaft pulley, under tensioner, around alternator, over PS pump, under water pump, around A/C compressor and abck to the crankshaft pulley.

turn defrost on and the fan should come on.if not probe wire and run to positive and fan should come on if they dont fan is bad.check relays if all is good temp sensor is bad
