Chwck your door jam switches one of them is probably not switching off the power when you close the door.
make sure the dimmer switch is not stuck on for the interior lights

Can you turn on the lights with the Interior light switch?. If a light works, obviously the fuse is good. You will need a wiring diagram and a test light to figure out where to start.
Check your owners manual for your fuse panel, it will show you the location of the fuse panel, as well as the fuse location for the interior lamps. If the fuses seem ok, check your door switches, located near your door hinges on each door, they should be spring loaded, and mov in and out freely. the cargo light right at the back hatch is a switch...I have the same jeep and could not figure out how to shut off the lights, I figured this out after a while.
