Most likely not in the fuse box nor is it a relay, check the fuse and replace if necessary. Turn on your hazards and listen for a clicking sound under the dash on the drivers side. Normally the hazard and turn signal flashers or near each other. Not a Ford fan so I can't exactly say where it is located.

It's a dual relay and it's above the fuse box inside but try turning on whichever works turn/4ways to here it clicking if not go to rockauto.Com and look up your vehicle and then go to the electrical section to see what it looks like skirted or non skirted also go to ford owners.Com and download the owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box diagrams and fuse values are there and the relays location also check your bulbs to if one filament is blown and there 2 in each the signals brake lights and 4 ways work off one and the regular tail/parking lights work off the other

2003 ford explorer sport blinker dont blink on the dashboard... How do I fix it??

if the bulbs on outside are ok, and it will not flash on dash and stays completely lite up. replace the turn signal flasher. Look under the steering column and locate the fuse box. The fuse box is under the plastic kick panel. Under the panel is a yellow case that holds the turn signal relay. Test that this is the relay by turning it on and placing a finger on the relay. You should be able to feel the relay clicking. Pull the relay from the socket and plug a new one back in. Reattach the kick panel and start the Explorer. good-day !

Turn signal and hazards not working and checked

Try replacing the electronic flasher. It will be located below the left side of the dash in a relay box. Should be blue in color
