It's inside the water pipe joint from the radiator to the engine. This is usually at the top of the radiator.
Only trying to help there's a video on 2003 it may be the same can only just take a look it may be a help to you.

there is no drain plug you will have to take the hose off the bottom to drain it then turn the engine over for just a few seconds then turn it off , this will pump out any other fluid

It is mounted on the tail end of the transmission. It has two wires coming out of it typically.
