Low tire pressure, if your tire pressure is ok, then your sensor is bad. They are set to come on when the tires get to a certain PSI, usually putting air in the tires cures the problem right away

Once all tires are aired up to spec (drivers door decal, COLD) the light will go off. Some models have a sensor for the spare tire, so if it does not go off, check if spare tire has a sensor at the valve, It wont hurt to make sure the spare is full of air anyhow.

Do you have a full-size spare tire? If so, it too is checked via the Tire Pressure Warning System. Perhaps it is low, this is quite commonly omitted when setting tire pressures. If you have a temporary spare tire, it is not checked. If you have no full-size spare, one of the TWPS sensors may have been damaged by your tire changer. This can happen very easily, if the changer is not careful whilst dis-mounting the tires. A Toyota dealership has a special service tool that will check each of the sensors for output, while on the car. If a sensor is found to be bad, the tester will find it.

It sounds like the sensor inside the tire is may be defective.

Note that the spare tire pressure is also monitored. If all of the ires (including the spare) are at the proper inflation pressure, and the light remains on, you may have a non-responsive tire pressure sensor; if so, that needs to be checked by a Toyota Dealer.
