Pull the fuse panel cover off and it will be marked either on the fuse block itself or flip the cover over and there should be a decal with location and function of fuses and relays.

You more than likely have a shorted wiring harness somewhere in the wiring to the transmission shift solenoids, this is a problem that is difficult for a professional to track down. Pull the harness loose and look at it, examine for wires rubbed through. You can try unplugging the harness from the transmission and see if the short goes away, if it does the shift solenoids are the problem.

If the fuse is good(most likely), replace the wiper motor. The motor as the module built into it.

I would look for a loose wire around the fuel pump, something is shorting it out. Sorry I couldnt do better, but thats a start anyway.Good Luck
