I do not fully understand your question, but will answer based on a pew probabilities.

If your head gasket is blown, you will get
water or coolant in your oil, oil in your radiator and VERY poor performance.

Water in ONE cylinder is unlikely to be a symptom of a blown head gasket. Are you saying that the other cylinders are fine? What about your spark plugs; any discoloration or moisture?

Must likely, Check the radiator with the cap off ( make sure you removed the cap when the engine is cool) and see if you see bubbles coming up to the cap when the engine is running. Also check for white smoke at the exhaust pipe when the engine is running. This is a sign that water is leaking into the cylinder. Best way to check is use a radiator compression gauge where you pump a low pressure in the radiator and see if it holds the low pressure, if not you do have a leak and the coolant system and the system is not sealed.

SOURCE: water in number 4 cylinder of suzuki sierra 92 model carby type

If you take out number 4 plug and look in the hole do you see antifreeze? If yes, then yes, replace the head gasket.

Mitsubishi chariot gdi 4g64 firing only on number 2 and 3 cylinders, 1 and 4 not firing when the engine is hot / no idle, no acceleration, no power. what is the best solution for this problem?

Could be a blown head gasket or a cracked or warped head.
If blown gasket cheaper repair
Cracked head or warped head expensive head has to be rewelded or re-machined or both
Run engine and check radiator with cover off with a cold engine. see if air bubbles coming out of water at cap port

No compression number 1 cylinder did the leak test on valve no leaks piston looks ok please help

There are 4 main possibilities:
- Bad Valve seats
- Bad compression rings
- Bad head gasket
- Bad piston.
If there is no compression as in ZERO on a compression test, I'd look for a stuck open valve or a hole in the piston.
A blown head gasket will give different symptoms depending on where it's gone. Look for water in the oil, low coolant level, pull the oil filler cap and look for water vapour.

Water in all 4 cylinders

oooo, not good, Head needs to be checked for cracks. After a failure, REMEMBER the gasket is not the culprit, or cause, but a victim. Head usually needs to be fly cut, if not cracked. Take head to machine shop for checking.

Water found in oil pan

Most likely cause is the intake gasket leaking. The 3.1(4) and 3.8s are bad about it. Possibly a head/head gasket, but not as likely.
