SOURCE: Fault codes

P0449 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Vent Solenoid Control Circuit
P0481 - Cooling Fan Relay 2 Control Circuit
It is not uncommon for the canister vent solenoid to go out.More then likely this is the correction for this issue. The second problem could be addressed by verifying that the second fan is not coming on and whether or not the fan is receiving any power.Turning the a/c on normally forces the second fan to come on.If it does not a wiring diagram may be necessary to check different points for power.Would start at the relay itself to verify power is going to and through the relay. You can also swap an identical relay with the fan relay just to test if the relay itself is malfunctioning. If it works after that then you need a replacement relay for that circuit. If it still does not work you will need to find out where the power stops flowing in that circuit.

1998 Chevy Metro ck engine light on what is the code P0135 mean

Code P0135 means ... O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
In the exhaust system there are sensors to test the oxygen level in the exhaust gases from the engine. These have a heating wire built into them.
Yours is reading as faulty. They are positioned before and after the catalytic converter in the exhaust. This code refers to the one nearest to the engine. You will probably need to replace the whole O2 sensor, ( sometimes called a Lambda sensor).
