this is quite a lengthly process here.eaisest way to change fenders is to follow the bolts around the fender starting at the top close to where the hood mounst up. The mount will be the last bolts to be removed. then follow the underneth around the mud skirt. you'll probably come to issues with the blots inside the door frame. but just floolw the bolts and you can't go wrong. just make sure when you replace it you ues something to keep your adjustments even or you will bend your new fender when you open your door

Pop the plastic cover off that is on the inside side of the van. Unscrew the 3 or 4 screws and then disconnect the harness. Install in reverse order. You have to pry on the plastic a little but you won't break it.

Check your fuses under hood and on dash. Some of these use two different fuses for rt. & lt. Look in you owners manual for the correct fuses to check. If it is a fuse problem, you will have to find out why the fuse was blown. Good luck

just used standard sockets with extenson, screw driver and phillips, remove head light and fender and fender guard cover. helper would really come in handy, so you dont scratch or drop fender.
