It can be done by anybody I did it 3 years ago. It has to do with getting it warmed up then get on a straight road, start off in low gear speed up to around 3000 rpm, shift into drive speed up to 3000 rpm again, let off a little, and let it shift into 3rd gear, sped up as much as the law will let you. I had to repeat this several times and each time it got better. THIS IS ALL FROM MY MEMORY MAYBE SOMEONE CAN THE ORIGIN POST AND SHARE IT WITH US.
You can't at home, it has to be done with a special tool and the program needs to have been written.
