More here, but the TCM is not something you say "I think I'll put a new one in my car". You need an auto electrician or a transmission specialist to connect a scan tool computer and diagnose. The issue is more likely shift solenoids than the TCM.

From what I gather from this video, it is a combined module ECM/TCM sharing the same box ECM on left and TCM on the right. There is a diagram showing it as well.
use the CD cleaner from radio schack or other computer store and clean it and fix it. Otherwise, you must go the repair shop for to examine inside mechanism and fix it. God bless you
