I would say the key thing has nothing to do with the window going back up . If it were a power problem , it would affect all windows . They all get B+ voltage from the accessory delay relay , located in the central junction box, under dash panel, LH side .Which switch are you using , driver or the switch at that door . or does it make a difference ? Do you know how to do electrical testing . I would say it's a switch or motor problem for that window . Automotive Electric Window and Switch Troubleshooting Repair Guide

The problem may be in the wiring which if you pull up the carpet on the front passenger side by
removing the door floor trim and lifting the carpet you will see the
wiring underneath. Probably laying in water or has been. Look for splices in the
wiring which will have corroded. Repair the wiring then check the fuse.
Another problem may be in the motor found inside the door.
The brushes may have worn out. If so you need to replace the motor.
Ususally the drivers side will fail first since it is the most used.

You'll need to pull the door panel and check for power and ground at the 2 wire connector located near the window motor (there should be a dark blue wire and a brown wire). With a test light there should be power on one of the two wires at any time. If there is power on both wires with the switch in the up position than the switch is bad. If the only wire powered up in the up position is the dark blue wire than try tapping the motor while holding the switch in the up position. If it starts to work than the motor is bad.
On a side note check for power with all the connectors plugged in. You can also jump the connections at the motor. Supply a ground to the brown wire and supply power to the dark blue wire and the window should go up.
