The generic way is to raise the front of the car as high as possible, fill the coolant recovery/surge tank all the way to the top and then run the engine until it reaches operating temperature, do not overheat this engine! Now shut the engine down and let it cool off, you can run cold water over the radiator to speed the cool down, it will gravity self bleed, repeat as needed.

After a have changed thermostat on my lincoln continental 1998 - the coolant houses are full with air.... what it could be?? and the coolant is getting hot very fast

You need to bleed the air from the cooling system. To do this raise the front of the car as high as possible and fill the coolant bottle completely full, run the engine until it gets to high side of normal temp but do not overheat it, shut it off and run cold water over the radiator to pull the coolant in and expel the air from the system.

How do you replace the break line in a 1995 Lincoln Continental?

Humm.

Be certain that there is a full fluid reservoir and DO NOT let the Master cylinder drain of fluid, then unscrew the brake line and install the new one, check fluid level OFTEN, then bleed the air out of the system.

2000 lincoln ls - where is the cooling system overflow container?

I believe it's on the drives side at the fire wall by the hood hinge. It's actually called a degas bottle because coolant flows through it under pressure to onstantly bleed air from the system. Be sure to tighten it as the cap states so it does not leak air in.
