There should be a flasher plugged into your fuse box of attached to two wires under your dash. REplace that and see if it is fixed.

1999 buick lesabre my right signal doesnt blink it stays solid , my left turn signal blinks fine i have to manually blink the right side every turn , i put the hazard lights on and the front left and right...

The easiest thing for you to do would be to replace the bulbs that are on that circuit. You should have one or two bulbs with a double filament, one for the brake and turn signal and one for the tail light.
If that does not fix the problem, someone will need to check the circuit for power from the turn signal switch. It takes all of the lights on one side to make the turn signal flash.

2004 buick lasabre, right side turn signal blinking fast.

Check the front turn signal bulbs. This will affect the resistance in the circuit and cause the working light to flash at a much faster rate.

Left turn signals won't flash, Right side works fine. Replaced front and rear turn bulbs (rear was burned out). Bulbs come on fine on the left side, they just won't flash.

Gday mate, we had a problem with another late model vehicle similar to that, the bulb that was put into the reverse light was not exact brand product ( ohmage was slightly wrong ) and fowled up computer, correct bulb in place and disconnect battery to reset K A M ( keep alive memory) problem solved, BEWARE, some vehicles cannot have KAM reset except for dealer computer tethered reboot , just try putting the factory correct bulb(s) in and see how it goes, geoff. hope this helped.

Turn signal not working

i had this same problem and i alleviated it by replacing the column switch which isnt an easy task and I used a manual (which can be obtained at the library for free or you can buy one at your loccal book or auto parts shop)

Location of turn signal relay

It should be mounted to the firewall just to the left of the steering column under the instrument panel. But you really should pay attention to the post above. Especially if it's just one side. Turn the signal on, and look in front and back to see if the bulbs are lit. Then do the other side. If they aren' t on, they're burnt out and that's your problem.

Turning signal

I don't know if it applies to the '92 Roadmaster or not, but I do know that some vehicles will do that if a bulb is burned out. I had a car that did the same thing, where one direction would not blink, but the other would, and the hazard lights worked fine. Replacing a bulb fixed the problem.
