Suggest checking if 12 volts goes to horn wire at horn end when horn pressed from inside vehicle. A 12 Volt probe {google it} can be a cheap checking tool for this.
If 12v volts is switched when button is pressed {could be earth being switched if it is then place probe on constant 12 volts and negative lead on switched earth wire} then the horn itself is faulty.
If no voltage switched then horn relay needs to be checked. check if voltage at horn relay coil contact when button pressed.
if yes then relay may be faulty. if no then horn switch could be faulty.
you can check switched voltage also at horn relay switched contact when relay plugged in. To see if relay is doing what it is meant to do

Every where I look? Explorers 07 and up don't have a horn relay anymore. only a fuse or something in the steering wheel connected with the airbag?

Also? how do I get to the horn wire with out tearing the left front fender off and wheel well?

check the wire at the relay that goes to the horn first and see if voltage is being switched to the wire that goes to the horn. If no voltage or earth wire being switched you may not need to go to the trouble of looking at the horn wire . The most common way on most vehicles would be to undo the plastic clips that hold the mud protection under the wheel arch there may be a plastic screw s that screws into the plastic clips. Undo and remove these screws and then pull out the clips . Screws could be straight into the metal depends on the vehicle maker. I removed a mud protector and had to loosen a fender on a commodore VN to get access and replaced a power aerial.

the horn relay will be under the cars bonnet in a plastic box compartment for special fuses and relays. May be right behind the battery depends on the vehicle. the cover of this box may also have a map to what relay does what .

I looked in the manual in glovebox and nothing for horn? The plastic box shows nothing for horn either? Im stumped. I do appreciated your time and answers on this!

Mark with further research - there may not be a discrete horn relay it is most likely in the csm module and your csm anti theft module may have a fault. http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/530752...

Where is fuse for cruise control?

Fuse #19 (15 amp) controls the cruise control. It also powers the horn so check your horn. If it works then check the cruise controls ground. If the fuse is good BUT the horn still doesn't work, then check the horn relay, as it also powers the cruise control. Check all wires/connections going to these parts also.

Crusie control does not work on 2011 gmc sierra 1500 and I've already replaced the switch?

If the switch is replaced, then it can be wiring issue or faulty cruise control board. But as the switch is replaced, get the voltage at the switch tested to confirm the switch is actually receiving voltage. If no voltage received at switch power supply wire then ,apply external 12 volt power to the cruise control switch wire and then see if cruise control comes ON.If yes, then you know wiring is issue.

Horn aux outlet cruise dont work

the horn and aux outlet use the same power circuit, I bet if you actually take the fuse out and replace it with a good one it will work.

I am assuming that you just looked at the fuses, sometimes a bad fuse will look good, but transffer no current.

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/sean_54c3a3dc48a7773c

Replaced relays and ckecked fuses horn not working 1996explorer

with the horn you can run a wire from the battery to the horn to check it if that dosent work then it is probably the contact wire inside the steering column, I cant remember the name of the part but this should fix the horn and cruise problem.
