some circuit breakers have multi-function uses ....so it could be that one side is blown...check to make sure there was no damage to wiring before you change out any or they will just blow again
You may have a bad brake light switch.for the windows if no switches work check fuses and relays.If just drivers switches dont work your wires may have came off inside the door.
About the only thing that affects all three circuits is the multi-function switch on the column. You would probably need to take a meter or test light and check the circuits there for voltage.
Check the fuse box if not under the dash on the drivers side kick panel, then under the hood, look in the owners man for the location. With the key on, hold the washer switch on and have someone check for power to the pump motor located in the bottom of the washer fluid bottle if the fuse is good but not getting power to the pump then the wiper/washer switch is your most likely culprit..
