Corsa c windscreen washer pump not working? has the fuse just simply gone?

the same fuse , take the washer pump out from the washer bottle and clean it out , under a tap will do , over time the washer fluid congeals in the pump/sieve mesh and stops the washer flow

the wiring on the back of the column switch may have broken off check that first common prob

Most likely the pump (motor) is gone and needs replacement. However, it is worth checking that fuse allocated to windscreen washer is intact. Furthermore, you may also need to check the wiring for flow of current at lever end (handle on the steering wheel) and wires connecting to pump on the water reservoir.

Sounds like a blown fuse - check it and replace if needed. If the fuse blows again you have something else going on, like a shorted wire or internally shorted washer pump.

Hi, First check that you have wash liquid in tank. second make sure that it will not freeze by putting alcohol in your mix of water and soap. You can buy it already mixed at most service stations. Check pump for corosion on contacts.

If no noise is heard the pump is not working, this is most likely to be a blown fuse. check fuse under bonnet usually fuse number 2 which is 10 amp (red).

Many modern cars have the windshield washer fluid pump in the tank for the washer fluid.

its in the pump it self mate ya have to take the pummp out of the bottle

Most cars turn on the wipers when the washer pump is turned on. Look for a stuck switch or relay in the washer circuit. It seems that the wipers think that the washer is on.

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank
