The reduced power light is most likely responsible for the stabilitrack light to illuminate as it will shut it down as a safety feature. The reduced engine power light is normally set by a defective throttle control motor. In some cases, the sensor on the gas pedal can also cause this message to display, but, in my experience, the throttle control motor is most likely the problem.

the engine light is a generic fault indicator in your car to point out something is not quite right with the engine, having a loss of power as well is also known in some areas as Limp Mode or Safety Mode. it means the car is restricting the power it gives to ensure no damage it done to the engine.
the only certain way to find out what is wrong is to take it to a garage that has diagnostics equipment that can read the fault codes from the vechicles ECU (the fault codes will be the reason the light on the dash has come on as its reporting a fault somewhere)..
your mechanic should be able to tell you what is wrong with the engine from that and give you a more accurate cost at fixing it.

{: ) The stabilitrak system is a special feature on a vehicle designed to improve your ride, added safety as well. But the vehicle can still be safely driven without it. In most models, there is even a button to disable it when needed. But off course its better with it.
What you can do first.: Check your tires for specified sizes and correct pressures. They may require balancing and wheel alignment.
There could be a dozen possible sources for this warning light, it still the best option to have it scanned to avoid unnecessary costs on your part. Who knows, it would cost less than you expect.

A bad wheel sensor can cause this. You need to have the codes read. Autoparts stores do it for free. This will help in what direction you should go.

There are a number of things that could be wrong. You need to scan your onboard computer system to retrieve the fault code that was stored when the computer turned the light on. Without the fault code, it would be anybody's guess.
Also note that you will have to access your suspension control module/antilock brake control module to check this. Most generic OBD code readers cannot perform this function. (Including the ones that are used as sales tools at the local parts store)

The
following are the general instructions on the start of diagnosing any
electronically controlled engine or transmission problem. The
engine and the automatic transmission (transmission control is only
for automatics, engine is still computer controlled no matter the
transmission type) in this vehicle are computer controlled and in
most cases when a fault occurs a fault code is stored in the memory
of the computer control module. There are exception to this, such as
the Mass Airflow Meter and fuel pressure problems. What must be done
is to have all the basic testing done such as a scan of the system
for fault codes as well as a check with a live data scanner tool for
engine functions that are not within range of normal, a trained
technician is required to know what is correct and what isn't, then
based on careful diagnostics done from a factory repair manual the
correct part is replaced or the wiring repaired or the computer
replaced (known as the PCM), which is very rarely the problem. Other
basic checks must be done as well such as mechanical problems with
the engine as well as engine state of tune and mileage on the engine.
The transmission can have mechanical issues as well such as no gear
engagement at all or a failed pump or other pressure related
problems. Also engine mechanical problems ca cause many
drive-ability related problem such as rough idle and other symptoms
