Out side lamps dim, parking?
the brights? ah low beam ok, but high beam dead?
sounds to me bad grounds, but my volt meter wins that argument every time,....

does your car a tracker like mine, have DRL, as DRL has unique headlight (etc) wiring. (daylight running lamps?)

if that is the case i believe your altenator is bad and draining the battery the altenator runs the engine and charges the battery the battery starts the vehicle and runs all the electronics and accessories the regulator is not working and therefore the battery is not getting charged and as the vehicle is running and the lights are on they will get dimmer and dimmer until there is no voltage left in the battery. reploace the altenator and the problem will go away...please rate this
SOURCE: one headlight lit normal the other is very dim
Switch the lights and see if it is still that side. If it is dim on the other, then it is the headlight itself. If the same side is dim, then check you voltage on wires on both sides and see if you are getting enough on that side. Hope this helps some.

If the ground is good I would take a careful look at the light socket itself. There may be corrosion inside or on the power wire where it goes into the socket or it may just be making poor contact.
You can get a replacement one at any auto parts store. The last one I got was about $10. Get some heat shrink tube to cover your splices, it does a much better job of sealing the splice than tape. Hope this helps.

Most systems have a high and low pressure cut off switch.It could be one of the switches are bad.
Whats really needed to solve this problem is to have Gauges connected to the system to watch the high and low side pressures.
You say the freon is OK but do you know if the system is full?
It depends on the air temp where the car is but basically at 90 degrees outside air temp The low side gauge is around 25-30 psi,the high side is around 200 psi. I hope this helps.

quite simple you most likly have a broken earth/netural wire broke check it out .adrian;;;
Testimonial: "Thank you. I will check the grounds and harness for breaks."
Its most likely a bad ground. Check for
Broken or corroded wire...if you cant find it, run a new ground wire.
