Originally replaced fromt blend door no heat now same clicking noise in the rear. Replaced blend door4 thats fixed. Although it soinds like its working its not pushing any air through the rear vents? Im stumped and getting too cold for the baby to be on back with no heat plz help! Thanks

There is a blend door motor on top of the housing. If you open the glove box, and look to the top of the housing near the left rear of the glove box, you should see the blend door motor. You can check it at this point. Also check the housing, as I have seen a number of these with a damaged or broken housing.

Blend air door may be stuck. I removed a pencil from a heater box before. It had fallen from the dash, down through the defrost vents and jamed the door.

IT'S the actuator behind the radio ...thats where the clicking is coming from...tiny plastic gears are stripped .. the actuator opens and closes the flap to let in heat ...$50 part ...i did mine myself

that clicking noise you hear is likely a relay in the fuse panel that needs to be replaced. the easiest way to find out which relay it is would be to put you finger on each relay as you actuate the device not working. once you locate the clicking relay replace it . to reset the computer just unhook the battery for about ten minutes. if you have an anti theft radio make sure you know the code for it and how to enter it before you unhook the battery.
