Fan stopped running
Ford owners.Com register then download your owners manual go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box diagrams and values are there and the relays check all first //no engine given// swap relays with new ones I think you have 2 fans regular and ac if your ac works turn it on for right side fan works /yes good there are low speed and high speed for both fans and relays that's why you need the manual if all fuses and relays check out good /////run a +/- jumper wire from the battery directly to the fan if it runs coolant temperature sensor /cylinder head temperature sensor not working and must be changed depending on engine these run the left side fan or single large fan with a module on it but all fuses and relays must be cleaned first and the fans plug contacts if everything checks out good but still a problem check wiring harness for corroded broken wires
Here's a pic of fusebox location on my 2005 Ford Ranger Edge 4.0 Far rear driver side engine compartment. I removed fuse cover to make it easier to see.

It almost sounds like a fusable link, check them you will find them somehere on the fender or the intake mainfold, when you find them if one is bad it will be very soft in the middle cut it out and reolace it.

Fuel Pump relay switch is in the main box usually located on the drivers side Fender in a black box.
According to the owner's manual in the power distribution box in the engine
compartment (Ford recommends disconnecting your battery)
Relay # 5 is the fuel pump relay , and also in the PD BOX is a 20 amp mini-fuse
for the fuel pump relay + RAP module in location # 9
( P.S. - don't forget your fuel pump inertia switch , in the right front passenger area ,
by the right front kick panel )Sometimes this gets kicked by passenger or if the car is bummed hard it could set this item to shut down fuel system. Best of Luck

SOURCE: no heat in cab in ford ranger 2005 tied heater
check if both heater hoses going into firewall are hot.. if only one is hot then your heater core is stopped up..you can take both lines loose and take a water hose and back flush,,, force hose on one inlet of heater core for a minute and then the other.. keep going to you get a good flow...make sure heater valve is open, not just valve position take loose and confirm clear..last make sure your thermostat is not stuck open keeping engine from comming up to temperature

My AC quit all of a sudden and it was a switch in the ac line. It was located on one of the air conditioner lines almost next to the firewall. Looked like a little box. When the p/u was running and the ac was turned on, I tapped it with a screwdriver handle and the ac compressor came on. I think it was a low pressure switch and is supposed to keep the ac from running without any freon, so you might try that. Best of luck.<!-- from fixya rte -->
