Misfires are from plugs, HT leads, injectors, low fuel pressure , compression problems,coil/s distributor cracks /dirty,rotor button ;loose, faulty ignition control module, loose earth/ground wires, low alternator out put, bad battery
I suggest that you run the fault codes to try to pinpoint the problem area.

PO300 and P1399 are random cylinder misfire detected.
PO301 cylinder 1 misfire
PO302 cylinder 2 misfire
PO304 cylinder 4 misfire
PO306 cylinder 6 misfire
I would say that you have damage to the ignition wiring harness or you ECM is failing.

My 2000 acura 3.2TL started misfiring as I was driving. I took it to auto zone and they game codes that 4 out of the 6 cylenders were misfiring and also the code for the manufacture ignition control unit
More likely the ignition control module than coil hence the codes.

Check for brake fluids and make sure all the brake fluid container is closed tightly. Also, you make have to bleed the brakes.
