Spark plugs were changed and check engine light is still blinking. what could it be?

Check your spark plugs gap 0.044 in
Check the ignition coil connections and harness

The check engine light blinks when the problem is serious enough to cause damage to the cat converter.
The problem could be spark, fuel, or something mechanical like a bad valve. So if you think the spark is good, the next step would be checking compression and fuel delivery.

Hello, this engine has 3 ignition coils on the passenger side cylinder head, each coil fires two spark plugs, the spark plugs on thew other side have plug wires connected to one of the coils on the other side, the #6 cylinder wire connects to the #3 coil, try replacing the spark plug wires

code p 0306 is misfire detected no 6 cylinder causes electrics
more likely a bad injector , injector wiring or dirty tip

Try replacing the spark plug wires set.

Check the coil pack. Same symptoms on mine. It went at 74,000.
You can get the resistance specs from a shop manual. I have been told the plastic engine cover traps heat and makes short life of the coil pack. I removed the top engin cover, cosmetic only after replacing mine. You will probably need spark plugs also they are probably fowled by now. If you have not changed spark plug wires in awhile in would not hurt.
