Sounds like the hazard switch has failed and is stuck in the on position
Yhe problem is the hazard switch wasnt ever engaged. Flashers just came on by themselves while driving down the road.
Thanks. Hope it is something as simole as that or a relay or something. So far the only way I can drive it is either with the flashers on and oull fuse when i stop or leave fuse out which then givrs me no brake lights or working instrument cluster in the dash
Possible faulty E-Flasher switch-Possible faulty flasher relay.....Other problem(s) may be present....As this vehicle is equipped with a BCM (Body Control Module),best to have a pro w/proper tools & experience fault trace said issue.

i dont know if this makes sense, if its the big clip, you push in the cylinder and twist until the clipp comes off
SOURCE: Have hazard lights but no running or turn signals
sounds like you need a combo flasher assembly..located in fuse block inside vehicle under steering column..there may be a plastic cover under dash you have to remove to see fuse block..large black relay that plugs into fuse block..if you pick up a new one,you will see what it looks like..available at dodge dealer..combo flasher or drl/signal relay
