If you live in an area that uses salt for ice control, you might also have the various grounding points of your wiring harness checked. My F250 had the same issue, but included intermittent turn signals, radio would come on by itself, blower would come on with key off... Was truly annoying to go out to find a dead battery when there was snow to plow.

Heater blower won't turn off. Even when key is removed.

I would check ur blower resistor by the blower, idk if u had other problems before this like the blower only working on certain speeds but, but your problem could be the ignition switch and cylinder could be the contacts are keeping in run position

My blower motor quit working changed blower and now it runs all the time even with key off worked fine before blower went out the fuse had also blown what could cause it to run all the time now

Most would say it is the Blower Motor Resistor or a relay..And possibly the dash heater control knob..However it is running all the time even with key off..This means it is getting power all the time from somewhere..It sounds as if wiring is crossed..Did you have to change wiring plug in connectors..?..

What does it mean when your heater /ac keeps running after the car is shut off

The most likely problem is the blower motor resistor/module is stuck on high speed. The high speed relay is fed power all the time. If it sticks the blower will run even with the key turned off. The typical fix is to replace the module. It can be found under the passenger side of the dash near the blower motor.

AC blower will not turn off on 1999 Cadillac Deville?

Are you sure it is the AC blower? a lot of modern cars have a temperature controlled radiator fan, this can run when the engine is very hot , even when the keys are removed. It is a safety feature to protect your engine.

Blower motor continues to run when vehicle is off

Your problem is the Relay which is encased inside the Heater/AC Resistor Module. This is a very common problem with GMC and Chevy Trucks. The Relay's return spring fails and the relay is held closed by gravity. The only fix is to replace the Resistor Module. I have a 2004 Silverado and have replaced the Module 3 times and the Blower Motor twice. The Orange wire feeding the Module is always Hot (12V) and feeds the Relay Contact for Highest Blower Speed. Hence the Blower runs all the time even with the Key off and removed.
