It jerks almost stops when you accelerate wont go into reverse

check the fuel filter, if ok there it may need a tune up.

Sounds like a misfire. But honestly it could be anything. If the check engine light is on that could point you in the right direction

Take the car to the shop, it is transmission internal problem.

try checking fireing order of spark plugs sounds like some wires may be on the wrong plugs if this was helpful please give me a good review

Sounds like an ignition miss, Probably has an ignition cable arcing, I'd try and scan the computer for codes, you are looking for a PO300,301,302,303,304,305,or306. If you have any of these I'd start with plugs and wires. The grinding in reverse could be the low reverse planetaries, drop the trans pan and inspect for debris/metal on the magnet, if it looks like a chia pet, replace the trans with a reman unit.

Well for one, make sure you speed up slowly, dont HIT the accelerator. It may also be problems with your fuel filter. After you are stoped fuel stops running through the fuel pump/filter and then when you start going its starts to run through again and it cant keep up so it gets bubbles in it and doesnt move throught the filter easily hence the jerky accelerating. Just wondering if you had checked your trans fluid?
If it's at the right level I might go back to the place that did the tranny work and have a chat with them,
If your fluid is low you have to get it at the dealer, I think it is call sp5, I'll go check the bottle I have.
