According to my findings your odometer is electrical and has a distance sensor down by the starter. Check the connections at that point for loose or corroded contacts. If you know how to use a VOM you can check the sensor also. But from the sound of it, being you've replaced the cluster before, if the connections are good at the sensor and its not working I'd check the fuses and then buy a new sensor.

I have a 1999 Plymouth Voyager mini-van - 4 cylinder, 2.4 engine. It drives good but the gauges are not work sometimes. The temperature gauge stays at zero; the odometer/speedometer either stays at zero or...

There have been several issues with the instrument clusters in the Voyagers and Caravans. The circuit board can have cold solders at the plug connection causing an intermittent failure of the instruments. The fix is to remove the trim under the dash, around the steering wheel and in front of the cluster. This can be done with just a phillips screwdriver and some patience. Once this is out of the way there are 4 screws that hold in the cluster. Remove the cluster, and with a low temp solder gun, heat the solder points where the plug connects until they are liquid and reset themselves. Reassemble the cluster and check them before you put the dash assembly back together.

94 Plymouth acclaim speedometer and dash lights wont work

Try replacing light bulbs and flasher which may correct the turn signals. Check all fuses, however as for the speedometer, the plastic clogs or wheels have run their course, If you intend to replace these, suggest you purchase a repair manual for your vehicle.

My 1991 plymouth acclaim went dead and won't start. I dont't have fire to the distributor?

I had the same problem with my 1991 Plymouth Acclaim 3.0 liter engine. Check to see if your SBEC (computer located next to car battery) has gone out. Replacing it should solve your problem.

If the speedometer is working but not the odometer it's in the speedometer it's self. replacing the speedometer cluster is the easiest their available on ebay or your local salvage yard.
what happens is the trip odometer wears and sticks, theres a small motor on a circuit board with a plastic sun gear, inside the speedometer housing. it drives both the odometer and the trip odo

Power windows and ac/heater went out.

Sounds like some major wiring issues', Does the Car not get driven much? If a mouse got in the engine compartment its very possible that they could've chewed threw the wires, Check the Fuses, and also the connections in the Fuse Block and at the connections to the accessories, then also check the relays, if nothing shows up either in the engine compartment or in the passenger compartment you will have to go through the wiring harness'
