1990 Nissan/Datsun Sentra 1.6L FI SOHC 4cyl the Flasher is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of brake pedal, mounted on support bracket.
if this is a automatic trany then the switch is part of the nuetrul safty switch, this is locate at the base of the shirter. if its stanard shift then its located on the side of the trany, its on the right side of the trany, , hope this helps.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but there is NO such thing as a "Blinker Solenoid" . someone may be playing a joke on you. or they are mis informed themselves. there is a flasher relay though . that controls your 4 way flashers, as well as your turnsignal, thats the clicking noise you hear under dash above left foot, when turn signal is on. Hope this helps.
the flasher is under the dash to the left of the steering column, its a relay assembly so a good idea is to get a new one first so you know what your looking for,
