Could be the module or the motor on the transfer case. Module is under the dash on the passenger side. Motor is on the side of the case. My guess is the motor...
if the electric is getting to motor by using a volt meter the motor is goosed but could also be a relay or a switch get all cheap stuff checked first before pulling out for a motor
there is a plastic, white toothed belt inside the motor that has probably stripped or broken, a common problem as they get older. There are rebuild kits that are sold on ebay for Ford antennae motors, and they are cheap (about $15). They can be a little tricky to replace as you have to remove t motor and take the assembly apart, and it needs to be 'timed' properly so that it stops when fully extended or retracked. You can also usually find a used one, again on ebay or a junk yard for less than $50, sometimes as cheap as $20 in a pick-and-pull junkyard.
Been there That would be the blower resistor and at least in the cases i have seen that usually means the motor is going bad you can replace the resistor fairly cheap not sure exactly where it is on you car but i would assume it is under the passenger side dash dont quote me on that dont know what type of car it is when you but just ask they should be able to tell you

sound like the windows motor are working fine, replace switch first (cheap) before tearing into the door which is the hugh task and time consuming and the parts aint cheap when it come to window motor regulator. check on ebay... then repost
well if you know it has a blown cylinder they you need to rebuild the motor and that cant be explained over the internet. the easier thing to do is to buy a used motor and replace the whole thing. those motors and small and cheap. you will waste more time rebuilding the motor that you would just getting a cheap used one and replacing it.
