If you mean the breather is throwing out oil then you have a problem as this is caused by back pressure within the engine ,cause worn piston rings

I got a deutz 2011tb deisel engine,it is puting oil out threw the breather pipe which comes from head to intake in turbo

check the oil level for over filling. Check correct viscosity of the sump oil in use.Have a compression test done to check for wear as this may be from excessive blowby. Check the air cleaner is clean as the turbo may be sucking air from the sump area as the air inlet may be partially blocked (air filter)

Mazda B2500TD 97model l have problem with oil

You have excessive engine breathing/pressure. When you did the overhaul did you replace the rings etc and deglaze the bores because excessive crankcase pressure is your problem and its forcing the oil down the breather pipe. Poor valve guide stem seals is another area.

Intercooler line floaded with oil

CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL IN ENGINE INCASE OVER FILLED THIS WILL SUCK IT INTO ENGINE, IF OK CHECK YOUR ENGINE BREATHER TO SEE IF BLOCKED CAN CAUSE BACK PRESSURE IN ENGINE AND START BLOWING OIL SEALS AND GASKETS, AND THE 1ST TO GO IS THE TURBO SEALS, YOU CAN REMOVE AIR INTAKE PIPE TO TURBO AND CHECK FINS INSIDE TURBO WITH YOUR FINGERS TO SEE IF ANY MOVEMENT IN SHAFT. PLEASE DO THIS WITH ENGINE TURNED OFF :)

Rubber hose for sharan tdi tear. could it be the cause of oil leakeage on the bonnet. apporox 3" hose

Hi
it sounds like an oil cooler pipe or an oil breather most likely the oil breather for the turbo, this is quite common that oil will build up in here and does leak due to the pressure from the turbo, remove the pipe as it should not have loads of oil in it basically just oil vapour that builds up over time then leaks out. cklean it all out everywhere you can see that has oil and see if the problem persits, also the car has a plastic pan / cover under the engine to stop any damage to the bottom of the engine when you go over things, however this is also like a pan to collect oil so it tends to gather in there in small amounts then drips out when the car is moved. the best advice I could give is have the engine professionally steam cleaned with engine degreaser and hot steam.

Once clean any leaks would be more apparent and this ofetn helps diagnose the fault quicker.

Fitted new turbo to 2.0 hdi repaced engine oil/filter airfilter cleaned out all air/intake hoses oil feed pipes cleaned and clear problem when engine gets warm and you rev for 30 secs so turbo cuts in then...

something not right here and without my greasy oily hands on it its difficult to say ,could be worn piston rings ,engine breather too much oil ,or a secondhand turbo thats worse than the one you took off ,check the engine breather first and the filter in it isnt blocked or missing

Whaen car idles its fine but when driving it sputters an when it builds boost it blows the intake pipe off the throttle body an oil comes out of the throttle body

in your car the air ventilation system is freeze up causing a build up of pressure which caused the oil to burst out. there is the mosture sludge build up under the oil fill cap . its advisable to clean everything up and then check out by starting the car. also spray crab cleaner in the throttle body and check out. as per me the problem is causing because of :-- I guess the breather vent tube was full of oil - frozen in there somehow. Must have to do with that sludge buildup on my oil fill cap. This is the one coming off the front on the left side of the oil filter. It goes down under the engine. This blockage caused a pressure buildup in the crankcase which caused oil to blow by the pistons and into the combustion chamber and out into the air intake hose and throttle body. get the spark plugs removed and cleaned up all the oil. The reason it sputter is because of all the oil in the combustion chamber. No air could get in. get the oil change and insulate the breather pipe in case of future freeze ups. This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya
