it is located on the drivers side underneath the van. you have to remove it from the underside of the car. you will need a 17 millimeter socket or wrench. Remove the ground cable before attempting to remove the starter.

Starter is located underneath the car at the rear of the engine, you will have to crawl underneath.If you are having problems starting try taking lead off the starter and clean connections, I did this and it cleared the problem.

its pretty simple. take the inside inspection plate off, dont break tabs, unplug the electric connector, take out the 3 screws and mirror comes off. replace in reverse order. Its easier if you roll down window.

There is a tensioner pulley for each belt, you loosen the nut on the front of the pulley, then there is a tensioner bolt that you loosen, that will move the pulley away from belt to remove the belt. You'll need to get to them from the passenger side under the car. You'll need to remove the plastic covers to get them.
