How do I replace the speed censor on my Peugeot 406 and where on the gearbox is it located?

A speed censor would be a part which refuses to tell you how fast you are going. A speed sensor tells the computer how fast the final drive is turning, and thus is normally located on the rear section of the transmission and held in place by bolts or screws in place.

Why does my 1997 Plymouth Voyager shut down while driving after 20 mins?

Well code 1698 means the engine computer could not communicate with the transmission control module. I doubt that would kill the engine, but there could be a wiring problem somewhere.
It could be a faulty relay too.

-Sounds like shifting solenoid is not working properly. (It's inside the transmission valve body)

Could you please tell me where the transmission speed censor is located

There are 2 speed sensors on the transmission. The input speed sensor is inside the side cover. remove the cover. disconnect electrical connector. remove retaining clip from cover. remove sensor.

The other sensor is the vehicle speed sensor. ( VSS ) on the left side of transmission, unplug the sensor. remove bolt, remove sensor. reassemble

I was driving my 06 Dodge Magnum at approximately 60 MPH & the Check Engine Light comes on. What could be my problem(s). Gas cap is properly secured...

It sounds like an O2 censor, If it happens when your around that speed it could be the map censor or the 02 censor. You need to go to a garage and have them hook it up to find out which 02 censor is causing it.

Speedometer and tac gauge does not work. I've checked all of the connections, replaced both censors and all of the fuses. What did I miss? Due to it not working, the transmission isn't reading it and it...

It is possible for the Speedometer and Tac gauge not to work but will not affect the way the transmission works. If the problem is in the interment cluster the transmission can still receive the input from the speed sensor. Does the check engine light come on? If the transmission isn't receiving the signal the check engine light will come on and set code. If the check engine light isn't coming on or doesn't set code for speed sensor signal you problem is more likely to be in the interment cluster. The RPM would be the same.
