If you are talking about the Theft deterrent ECU it is behind dash above left kick panel.( near drivers left foot) all other moduels are behind glove box, behind passenger side right kick panel or under center consel below stereo and next to storage box in front of E brake handle. The drl relay (in the small relay box passenger side) is actually the same size relay as (i think) the main fan relay (big fuse/relay box, driver side) they are the same color, swap them out and see what happens, however, if your daytime running lights arent working, this might be a light sensor, fuse or grounding problem.... When the above conditions are met, the lamp control module (LCM) supplies battery positive voltage (B+) to the low beam headlamps through CKT 589 (GRY), the DRL resistor, and CKT 12 (TAN). The DRL resistor reduces the voltage supplied by the LCM. The low beam headlamps light at a reduced intensity. The DRL disable if the vehicle is placed in the PARK position. When the ambient light sensor indicates darkness, the low beam headlamps automatically switch from a reduced intensity to a regular intensity.
