98 Odyssey replacing dash bulbs
You don't need to take your dash apart. The problem is likely just a fuse. Check all fuses, could be labled as PNL, Lights, Dash or similar. As simple as this may sound, also check the dimmer, and make sure it isn't turned all the way down.
Inside of front tyre going bald
Just one tire or both? Likely you need an alignment done, but other things can cause tire balding and cupping. Brakes pulling to one side or other can also cause tires to wear prematurely and unevenly. Worn Shocks/Struts are also culprits. Worn or broken bushings in the suspension. Also, bearings starting to seize up can cause this as well. In other words, a BUNCH of things can cause the problem. If you have no issues with steering, handling, braking, it is likley just a simple alignment is needed. Take it in to a reputable place and they can diagnose the exact cause and suggest repair needed. Good luck.

Apparently this code is a tricky one and hard to pinpoint it's problem and fix. I have seen it clear with just a new gas cap. Seen it clear by running nearly out of gas and filling up. I have seen it clear up with using higher octane gas for a couple of tanks. Many dealers cringe when cars come in with this code, because nothing appears wrong on their scanners, so they clear it and drive for a few miles and give it back to customers with a bill and a "we couldn't find anything wrong with it". Read the following Honda Forum post and make your own decision. Good luck.

Leak under distributer
The most common cause is the heater hose coming off the head, below and behind the distributer. Usually the distributer is leaking oil, which gets on the hose and damages it. If you don't fix the oil leak, which could be the distributer "o" ring, (inexpensive) or the distributer shaft seal, (expensive) cut a piece of the old hose and use it to protect the new hose from the oil.
