Check your radiator
fluid level, if it is low it is a good chance your heater core or the hose to
the heater core has a leak. The heater core is a small version of a radiator
which has the air from the blower blow across it to force warm air into the cabin
of the vehicle. You will need to probe under the passenger's dash to locate the
leak.

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector. Let it sit for atleast 5mins. then reconnect it again. You may have a system failure and removing the positive battery connector can reset the system.
If the problem still persists, please have the PCM (power train control module) and TCM (transmission control module) be checked. If one of them is faulty, it can be the cause of unusual shifting. Let's just hope that resetting the system works on you, if not then replacement will be necessary.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
