SOURCE: Where is the wiper fues on a 2007 dodge ram

The fuse that supplies power for the wiper system is located in the fuse panel under the hood in front of the battery (see picture below). Also below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The fuse you want to check is the fuse in the number 2 position. I hope this helps.

What is different these days is the fact that you replace the blade, as well as it's holder, pretty quick. Gone are the days of just rubber replacement.

there is a wiper control circuit board that can be changed and it regulates the speeds

I have a1998 dodge 1500 ram conversion van .the wiper linkage bushings are broken dorman products says part#49447 an assortment will fit it does not also tried dorman part#118 301 it did not fit .dodge...

Autozone also lists Dorman part #49440 as a special order replacement, the bushings look similar to part #118 301 but slightly different.

Everything you listed is powered on only when the ignition is on. Check the ignition fuses in the dash and under the hood. May also be an ignition switch failure. :)

The Low Pressure Side connector will be smaller than the High Pressure Side connector so the refill hose will fit properly only on the Low Pressure Side.

2002 DODGE RAM 1500 P/UP , AC TEMP PROBLEM

Have you checked the cowl to see that it is free and clear of leaves and dirt? You may have to take the plastic off to get down into it and sweep it out with a vac. Usually it is right under your wipers.
