Replacing spark plug wires on Toyota camry 4 cyl myself. Engine running rough. engine check light came on. Code says cylinder #3 misfiring. I am replacing all the wires and plugs, but I am just wondering which cyl is 3.
It is 1-3-4-2 with No 1 being at the timing belt and crank pulley end.

Take it to autozone and have them to pull a code on it.It sounds like O-2 sincer

I have exactly the same problem and codes you listed on my 2000 Camry 4 cyl. I replaced the plugs which had no effect. My friend mechanic said the problem is deffinitely the wires and I could also need to replace the coil pack.

There is a VSV (vacuum switching valve) , usually mounted on the back side of engine block, under the intake manifold, as well as the map sensor, that can also cause that code if one or the other is faulty. It takes some pretty detailed troubleshooting to confirm this in some cases, so if that's not in your line of work, you may have to have it properly diagnosed, or take a 50/50 shot at which one first.
