More than likely the blower motor is defective due to a worn armature or carbon brushes. The best thing to do is replace the blower motor. Make sure you check the connector at the motor for signs of overheated wiring, when the motor starts to wear out it draws more current and can burn the connector at the blower, if the connector is burned it must be replaced or new terminals installed. You can buy repair connectors from Toyota for most modules and they are also available in the aftermarket for the most popular models. The blower motor is available in the aftermarket for about $120.00, the connector I am not sure about. Here is the part number for the motor. FOUR SEASONS Part # 35647
the last year, your blower resistor has been bad, now your motor is bad. rap on the motor and see if it start to run, if so, replace the motor and the resistor.

the oil should be black, brown or gold(new) with no other colors in it. shouldnt be milky or streaky. the trans fluid should be light red or semi light red.as for the engine being oily its hard to discern unless you rinse it off to metal and drive it. if you mean the oil pan has black oil on it then it may be ok.
