No clue what you're asking. Is it a '00 Silverado or a '93 Civic? I would find a prop valve and lines in the junkyard if you can. If the lines are rusty, just use the old ones to match up to new ones. The valve is usually OK unless someone puts motor oil or something not brake fluid in the system. If that's the case all teh calipers and wheel cylinders need replacing too.

SOURCE: Where can I find a brake proportioning valve for my 97 S-10?

When people tell me they hate there ABS, alot of people who pull trailer do. I tell them just to pull the fuse this will stop them completely. Yeah theres a light ont he dash but that can alos be delt with by removing the bulb for it. But int he long run just pulling the fuse is quick and Free.

What is a brake equalizing valve ?

Also called a "brake proportioning vale". It regulates (proportions) brake fluid pressure between front and rear wheels during braking.

No brake fluid flow to right rear brake

the stratus is know for clasped rear brake hoses .This stops the flow off brake fluid. try opening the brake lines at the master cylinder that go to the rear.pump up brakes first! if you got fluid than check the brake line if this is rear disc brakes on the line at the rear will be a built in proportioning valve.if drum loosen rubber hose line before the rubber part to see if you have fluid. If you do replace the brake hose! On you 74 challenger by the way i love dodge! any way on the valve there is a small button on the front of the proportioning valve that pops out it needs to be tap in lightly. also hit the brake peddel kind of hard a couple off times if that doesn't work. thanks for your question

p.s that hex bar on the is a junction not a proportioning valve .

1991 honda civic brake light stays on need to push brake pedal to

Sounds like you might have a caliper that is stuck and is not fully disengaging. If it is in the rear then you may have a bad rear caliper. Twoo things you can try. One is to crawl under the ca and adjust the tension two nuts on the emergency brake line. If that does not resolve the problem then remove the back tire and try to spin the drum or rotor whichever you may have. If it does not spin then try adjusting the e brake cable more if it still does not respond then you need to do a brake rebuild. Also does it pull while it is dragging? If it is then you will need to rebuild the brakes no matter what.
