changing the blower motor was a waste of time and money, you have power going to the blower after the switch (button) is turned off, could be a bad switch

sounds like either the blower is going out or you have a low voltage with you car

You call it the blower motor, I assume you mean the interior Heater/AC blower motor. When the motor acts as you have described it is usually a problem in the motor itself like a short or rectifier.

you need to replace the window regulator and possibly the motorfor the window

windows all work off the same circuit,so if only one window doesnt work....then you need to replace the window lift motorfor that window.

replace the blower motor relay,it should be near the blower motor
