Diagnosing rear windows not working on a 02 Bonneville

Power Windows Operation
The vehicle is equipped with power windows controlled by the door modules. Each passenger door power window can be operated, either from a switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA), or from a switch mounted locally on its associated door. The driver door power window can only be operated from the driver door window switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA).
When the driver door module (DDM) receives a window switch request from the DDSA, the DDM checks the Class 2 serial data to see if the status information is correct (i.e. ignition switch position) to permit window operation to occur. If the status information is correct, the DDM, either supplies power and ground to its associated window motor, or, if the request is for one of the passenger windows, sends a command via the power door serial data circuit to the passenger door module (PDM, LRDM, or RRDM) controlling the window. The passenger door module (PDM, LRDM, or RRDM) controlling the window then supplies power and ground to its associated window motor to move the window as requested.
When one of the local window switches mounted on one of the passenger doors is operated, the associated door module examines the request and checks to see if there are any messages from the DDM prohibiting the movement. If conditions are correct, and no prohibitive messages have been received from the DDM, the associated door module then supplies power and ground to its associated window motor to move the window as requested.

Do you know about computer controlled windows and door lock systems ?

Each door module has its own battery positive voltage supply circuit to use for power window operation, but they are all fed by the same 30 amp power window circuit breaker located in the rear fuse block. Each door module also has a seperate ground circuit to use for power window operation. These circuits are in the same dedicated connector as the window motor control circuits of each door module and are used exclusively for window motor operation.
Each door module also has a battery positive voltage circuit and a ground circuit that are used to power up the module ,as well as, to control mirror and door lock functions. Battery positive voltage to the DDM is supplied through the DRVMDL 10 amp fuse located in the rear fuse block. Battery positive voltage to the PDM is supplied by the PASS MDL 10 amp fuse located in the rear fuse block. Battery positive voltage to both the LRDM and RRDM is supplied by the RRDR MDL fuse located in the rear fuse block. Ground for the DDM is provided through a ground circuit to G200. Ground for the PDM is provided through a ground circuit to G201. Ground for the LRDM is provided through a ground circuit to G302. Ground for the RRDM is provided through a ground circuit to G301.
Window Motors
Each door module supplies battery positive voltage and ground, through the window motor control circuits, to its associated window motor. The window motors are reversible. The direction the window moves depends on which motor control circuit the battery positive voltage is applied to, and which motor control circuit the ground is applied to.To move the window in the Up direction, the module applies battery positive voltage to the window motor Up control circuit, and ground to the window motor Down control circuit. When a window movement in the opposite direction is needed, the module reverses the polarity and supplies power and ground to the opposite circuits to move the window in the reverse direction.

The drivers door window quit working I need to check the wireing and or plugs how do you remove the door panel?

The electric window motors have a tendency for the ceramic magnets to brake apart and lock up the motor. Pull the door panel and check the motor. To remove the motor and replace it. Remove the window switch bezel, the trim plate surrounding the power window switch, by prying it out of the door panel with the trim tool or a butter knife. Once the switch is out, turn it over to access and disconnect the wiring harness by hand Remove the screw behind the bezel with the Phillips screwdriver. Remove the screws across the bottom of the door panel with the Phillips screwdriver.Remove the bezel behind the inner door handle with the trim tool. Remove the screw behind the bezel with the Phillips screwdriver. Lift the door panel up and off the door.Move the window glass up, by hand, to the top of the window frame. Tape the glass in place with the packing tape to make sure it doesn't come down while you're working on the motor Unbolt the window motor from the regulator and the door with the socket set. Unplug the wiring harness from the body of the window motor by hand and then pull the motor out of the door. Place the new window motor in position. Bolt the motor to the door and to the window regulator with the socket set. Plug the wiring harness into the new motor. Reinstall the door panel and bezels in reverse of how you removed them. Remove the packing tape from the window glass when done.
Hope this helps FixYa up.

Right front window wont go up or down took off panel found broken pice of plastic on bottom and end of cable cant figure out how to get motor and regalator out

Pry the cars window switch -- and window switch bezel assembly -- out of the door panel using a trim tool if you have one or you can use a butter knife. Detach the wiring connector from the base of the switch by hand. Remove the screws holding the cars door panel to the door using a Phillips screwdriver. Lift the cars door panel up and off the door by hand

Reach into the cars door with your hands and lift the window to the top of the window tract. Tape the window to the top of the frame with packing tape. Detach the wiring connector from the power window motor manually. Remove the bolts holding the cars power window motor to the window regulator and door using a socket set. Pull the old motor out of the door. Set the cars new power window motor in position. Bolt the motor to the regulator and door using a socket set. Attach the wiring connector to the motor by hand. Reinstall the cars door panel by reversing the method used to remove it. Take all the tape off the glass and door before using your Cars' new power window motor.
Hope this helps FixYa up..

I have a 2001 olds aurora. the only door that works is the driver. none of the other windows, door locks, or pass power mirror work. i installed a new window switch on the drivers door and that didnt...

At the moment, I'm just talking about the front passenger side window. On the hinge side of passenger door, should be wiring harness, probably has protective covering, pull the covering back to expose wire colors. Note the wire colors for battery and ground. Battery is voltage, use a test light, check both orange wires for voltage. You can use to testlight also to check ground, check both grounds. With test light connected to battery voltage, probe the ground wire, both of them, if the lite comes on, at least the ground is good enough to turn on the test light.
