SOURCE: Can anyone tell me the location of the fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 2008 peugeot expert tepee? the hand book is useless

If you have found the fuse box then you can visually identify it. If you take a new fuse you will see a small piece of metal connected in a U shape. When the metal is broken then it is bad. It may be accompanied by a slight burn mark as well.

SOURCE: My Peugeot 407 front right wheel area creeks like mad as I set off, break, turn. Just had track rods done but still occurs as before. Suspension rusty/dry? It's a 58 plate saloon!

Most likely a shock, spring or something with front suspension. What is happening is the suspension components can't move freely and therefore are creaking

EGR Valve keeps blowing out and no power

EGR valve blow-out can be caused by a clogged catalytic converter. A clogged cat. converter will cause pressure to back up in the engine. A test to perform is remove the front oxygen sensor from the exhaust to see if the engine runs better. Removing the oxygen sensor will relieve the pressure if, in fact the cat. converter is clogged. Another cause for EGR blow-out could be that the timing has jumped. The timing can be checked to diagnose this issue.

My engine management light is permantly on. How can I reset it?

Hi this could be many things.

Most likely it will be the air mass sensor, the lambda sensor, or the EGR valve, although if the EGR valve has gone you will notice a big loss in power.
You will have to get the car put on a code reader to be sure.
