the cooling fan relay is not in the fuse box.

It would appear that the relay is located on the cross rail that runs across the front of the vehicle (in front of the radiator). I found out that it is riveted in place by a single rivet, so in order to replace mine, I will have to remove the rivet and use a self-tapping screw to secure a new one.
The fan relay is located in the fuse panel located under the hood beside the battery. It will be marked under the lid. Make sure you check the maxi fuse for the fan also.

Radiator fans not working on a 2005 dodge grand caravan SXT

Mostly, the fan relay is a cause of this problem. Check it and replace your fan relay if it needs. Also make sure that the fuse and the battery connection is in good condition. I did a quick search online and if you do need to replace your radiator this site looks like it has cheap prices, free shipping and great reviews http://www.buyautoparts.com/part/replacement-radiator/

My front fan on my 2006 dodge grand caravan quit working? what should i check?

Caravans are notorious for having bad fan control modules. It is a little electronic box mounted on the inside frame rail on the driver's side just behind the radiator. You have to look from underneath. It can't be seen from the top.

2001 Grand Caravan - Radiator Fan Control Circuit Problem

you will need to replace the relay for the fan because it is stuck on. You can look on autozone.com for free online repair guide. It will have the relay location unless you have a repair manual of your own. But it is the relay.
