SOURCE: What maintenance problems were / are the 1972 Corvette known for?

Not sure about the wiper issue but I'd ask him to see what he know or suspects is the problem. Body mount cushons can be found at most Corvette parts places (Mid America Corvette, Ecklers, ect...) I think there are 8 total..but that is a guess

SOURCE: windshield removel

First you will need a chrome removal tool KD 2038 or similar. You slide it under the edge of the trim between trim and glass, and slide up or down until you can make contact with clip. This tool will pull the clip back and let the trim pop loose. Now removing the glass. You need to be very careful. I wear a pair of heavy leather gloves while cutting the glass out. I have a Blue Point brand # YA 109A cutter from Snap On but I'm sure you could find it in another brand. You get it worked under the edge of the glass and pull. I guess fine wire like piano wire will work but have never tried it.
You might also find that one of your glass people does a little work on the side and have them drop by and cut it out for you.
Good Luck and be careful

The frame which holds in the engine and wheels has rusted out due to the air conditioning leaking fluid on it. Why was this design problem not communicated to Acura owners. It's very dangerous.

the real problem here is not the amount of ac water on the frame but the salt from frozen roads accumulating at this point and not being readily washed away or neutralized
Every vehicle with metal sub frames suffers rust at various points
Yes it is dangerous and if the rust is in the body shell as well as the sub frames , there is no cheap fix
it is best to consider junking it and for that you have a couple of options
you can find a good body shell and sub frame and transferring all of your good gear into it or
if the gear is as worn as the body is rusted , junk it and get a later model car

How to prevent Kia Sephia body from rusting

If the proper rust protection wasn't engineered into the body sheet metal then you really can't do much to prevent rust, even if you spray undercoating on rust will still eat a the hidden surfaces you can't spray the undercoating on.

My vehicle has extreme rust underneath all over.

Can be due to many things. Vehicle operated on Salted roads or used on Sea water flooded areas. Store named "Painters Supply may have product named PR7 or similar. May help.
Sometimes you have to look at age of vehicle. I have similar problem with my 1999 F150. Only 80000 original miles and rusting beyond repair. Bolt on sheet metal can be changed, but your frame would require frame swap or put your body on Salvage frame. Anything can be done for a price.
Check out PR7, stands for prevent rust formula 7.

The frame is rusted out. there are holes all theough it and i dont have much money.

The frame, or just the body? A rusted frame is dangerous specially if it has holes. Welding on them is not recommended cuz it will make the metal hard and brittle. You can't do anything with a rusted frame with holes on it.

Frame rusting badly. Have had it welded

This will not work. The frame supports the entire vehicles weight. Epoxy or liquid nails will not support like the frame was meant to do.
